President of Ukraine Poroshenko believes that Europe needs to create a Russian-language channel broadcasting. During a meeting in Kiev with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, who arrived on March 21 in the Ukrainian capital on a working visit, Poroshenko said that already discussed the need for such a channel with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and now relies on the support of his Lithuanian counterpart. “We urgently need to create a trans-European-language broadcast channel.
