SOCHI, May 16 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin informed about the state of emergency with the carrier rocket “Proton-M”, said press secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.

“Of course, the President was informed,” – said Peskov. However, he did not comment on the details of the situation.
