Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Vladivostok opened a criminal investigation into the embezzlement of 19 million rubles. in the performance of municipal contracts, according to the site the prosecution of Primorsky Krai.

The same facts were revealed when checking another 7 similar contracts entered into by the municipal institution in the period from 2012 to 2013. The total amount of damage caused to regional budget is estimated at 19 million rubles.
