John Kerry fears that Russian hackers can read his mail – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW – August 12, RIA Novosti. US Secretary of State John Kerry fears that Russian and Chinese hackers have access to his e-mail.

In an interview with CBS television, he said that “very much like” his e-mail correspondence is threatened. “It is possible. We know that hackers in recent days attacked a number of US agencies, and now I make a letter with the probability of breaking.”

He said that “mankind for centuries engaged in espionage, today it turned into a cyber environment. Companies spend billions of dollars on computer security, the US government does the same”.

Note Kerry came after the media with Referring to the US intelligence community spread information that hackers from China at least since April 2010 have access to private correspondence “many” representatives of the US administration.

US officials have repeatedly accused Russia of organizing cyber attacks on US agencies, but confirmation of this information is not provided, referring to the safety rules.
