In the mayor of the capital of the republic of Chechnya appointed Muslim Khuchiev, reported by the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov on its page on the social network.

Kadyrov also wished the new mayor of good health, prosperity and success, and noted that under the leadership of Khuchiyev Grozny must become more beautiful and more more attractive.
