Russian Energy Minister commented on Business FM the agreement on creation of the “North Stream-2»

«Nord Stream-2″ is not an alternative to the “Turkish Stream”, said Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak in an exclusive interview with Business FM in the East Economic Forum.

Remember, today in Vladivostok signed an agreement on the gas pipeline “Nord Stream-2″, which should pass from Russia to Germany under the Baltic Sea.

The structure of the new consortium includes «Gazprom», E.ON, Shell, BASF / Wintershall, OMV and ENGIE. The Russian “Gazprom” will be 51% in the consortium, have ENGIE – 9%, the remaining 10%. Earlier in “Gazprom” noted that “North Stream-2″ is strategically important for the growth of Europe’s security of supply.
