About 2 thousand refugees arrived at the Austrian-Hungarian border, this number could more than double the next day. This was announced on Saturday morning, the Austrian police, reports Reuters.
«Our biggest problem is that the Hungarians refused to pass on their territory our buses to pick up refugees”, – said the chief of police the eastern Austrian province of Burgenland Hans Peter Doskozil.
«We suggested that they [the authorities of Hungary] may bring up the refugees directly in trains or in shelters [on the Austrian side], but they just stopped buses on the Hungarian side,” – said Doskozil.
He also said that the city of Nickelsdorf, located near the border, ready to send migrants to Vienna two special trains.
Late in the evening on Friday, the Hungarian Government decided to allocate up to 100 buses for the transportation of migrants to the border with Austria. In this case, the government stated that the decision to allocate migrants buses does not mean that the refugees just to leave the country – Hungary will continue to attempt to register migrant workers.
