Tagansky District Court of Moscow sentenced Rufer Vladimir Podrezova passing through Criminal case on painting blue star on the spire skyscraper on Tinkers waterfront, to 2 years and 3 months in a penal colony.
The other four defendants Court acquitted.
The judge’s decision met with brief applause correspondent Bi-bi-si Oleg Boldyrev.
From the reasoning part of the verdict the judge indicated that the defendants were found guilty of hooliganism.
Earlier, the prosecutor demanded the plant for three years three of the four beysdzhamperov arrested last August near the Stalinist skyscraper in Moscow.
Speaking during the debate on Monday in court, the public prosecutor demanded to three years in prison parachutists-beysdzhamperam Alexander Pogrebova, Alexei Shirokozhuhovu and Eugenia Korotkov and Rufer Vladimir Podrezova helps Mustang.
