Russian Ministry of Finance has proposed to reduce to 152.9 billion rubles budget expenditures for implementation of the “May decrees” 2012 Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The proposals are contained in amendments to the budget of 2015, introduced in the State Duma .
The provision for raising salaries to state employees, assistance to families with children, research foundations, subsidies to the regions and the development of universities after the cuts amount to 585.6 billion rubles.
This is 20% less than planned.
Duma promises to adopt the amendments on April 10 .

It is proposed to cut funding for the state program of development of the pharmaceutical and medical industries. The reduction is 11% or 1.8 billion rubles – to 14.8 billion rubles.
The Ministry of Finance proposed to reduce by 9.8 billion rubles state program on tourism.
