In the State Duma introduced a bill to postpone the election in December for the third Sunday of September, reports TASS .

In the electronic database of the State Duma a draft law has been placed to postpone the elections, prepared Speaker of the lower house of Sergei Naryshkin and the leaders of the three factions of the Duma Vladimir Vasiliev (“United Russia”), Vladimir Zhirinovsky (“Liberal Democratic Party”) and Sergey Mironov (“fair Russia»).

The bill also establishes the preservation of the inviolability , payment of the monthly remuneration, promotion of the deputy of the State Duma, the terms of compulsory state insurance and the right to use the service space to the deputies of the 6th convocation, not the elected deputies of the State Duma of the 7th convocation, or the bodies of state power of subjects of Russia and local government.
