Insurance checks information about the emergency landing in Moscow – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, January 23 – RIA Novosti. The investigating authorities Moscow Interregional Investigation Department of Transport RF IC organized the pre-investigation checks information on the emergency landing of the plane in Moscow for compliance with crimes under two articles of the Criminal Code, according to the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

“Investigative agencies of the Moscow Interregional Investigation Department of Transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation organized conduct pre-investigation on the grounds of crimes under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code (violation of safety rules and operation of air transport, resulting negligently causing serious injury), as well as Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (works and services that do not meet the requirements of safety and health of consumers), “- said in a statement.

As previously reported, a private light aircraft made an emergency landing at the 63rd kilometer of the Yaroslavl highway. According to preliminary data, the cause was the failure of an aircraft engine, said RIA Novosti source in the emergency services of the Moscow region. The Ministry of Transport of the Moscow region told RIA Novosti that the traffic is not broken.
