Sacked Polish producer can offer work in Russia – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, January 30 – RIA Novosti. retired from the Polish channel TVP after the apology to the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medina producer Marek Chunkevichu can offer work in Russian-Polish Centre for Dialogue and Reconciliation, told RIA Novosti press -Secretary Culture Minister Elizabeth Anisimov.

After the interview Chunkevich sent to the Russian Embassy in Poland a letter of apology. According to Rzeczpospolita, citing the leadership of TVP, a letter of apology was a personal initiative of producer and did not represent the “official position” TVP. After that, the leaders of the channel decided to terminate the contract with Chunkevichem.

“The director of the Russian-Polish center of dialogue and consensus Yuri Bondarenko has already expressed willingness to Marek Chunkevicha the expert’s position”, – said Anisimov.

According to her, the Ministry of Culture considers the actions of the Polish channel TVP violation of freedom of speech and censorship cynical exercise.
