Sweden plans to send up to 80,000 migrants have not found refuge – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, January 28 – RIA Novosti. Sweden, which is one of the most popular goals of Middle Eastern refugees is planning to send up to 80 thousands who arrived in 2015, migrants who have been refused asylum in the country, said the head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sweden Anders Egeman.

To comparison, from September to December 2015, eight EU countries, including Sweden and another popular target refugees Germany, sent a total of 840 workers. The official representative of the European Commission for Migration Natasha Berto stated that among the arrivals in the EU in December of migrants 60% have low chances of getting refugee status, as comes not from conflict zones.

“We are talking about approximately 60 thousand people, but that number could rise to 80 thousand” – leads the Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri minister’s words.

According to him, the government has asked the police and the authorities dealing with migrants to organize their deportation, which can take several years.

According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), only the first 26 days New Year in Europe by sea arrived more than 47 thousand migrants and refugees.
