Russian President Vladimir Putin held telephone talks with French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. This is stated in a message to online Ukrainian President. In general, participants in the talks noted the progress in overcoming the crisis in the south-eastern Ukraine.
During the meeting, the leaders of Germany, France and Ukraine were asked Putin to release from custody Hope Savchenko, leading a prolonged hunger strike.
The two sides agreed that it is necessary to place the OSCE observers in all locations where fire disturbance regimes, primarily in Happiness, Popasnaya, village Lugansk, Crimea, Avdeyevka, Volnovakha, granite, Lugansk, Shirokino and near Donetsk airport. Also recognized the need to publish a daily report of the OSCE regarding violations of the truce. This report will receive all of the Foreign Ministry of Normandy format.
Also, Putin, Merkel, Hollande and Poroshenko discussed the delivery of humanitarian aid and the role of the Donbas in its allocation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, have been affected and energy problems.
On Friday, March 6 held consultations at the level of deputy foreign ministers, on which we will also go to the OSCE mission.
