Ulyukayev and the EC discussed the easing of sanctions – Dni.Ru

According to the Russian representative, the EU shares the position of Moscow that the stabilization of the situation in the east of Ukraine may be the basis for these actions .

Ulyukayev said that the easing of sanctions raised the issue in several planes. “Firstly, in the plane of the need to achieve political promotion, when we see that the Minsk Agreement in practice are realized when the voltage falls, there is a real separation of the warring parties.
