The West is ready to take decisive measures in case of serious violations of the Minsk agreement on Ukraine, – the conclusion made in the course of a videoconference, US President Barack Obama, President of the European Council, Donald Tusk and the leaders of France, Francois Hollande, UK – David Cameron, Italy – Matteo Renzi and Germany – Angela Merkel.
In this videoconference participants stressed that the implementation of the agreement depends on Minsk and further sanctions policy of the West. In addition, the negotiators were in favor of strengthening the capacity of the OSCE in Ukraine.
