The administration of US President Barack Obama is considering placing land-based missiles in Europe that will be able to preemptively destroy Russian weapons. This informs AP. It is noted that such measures can be taken in response to the alleged violations committed by the Russian side of the Treaty on Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF).
