As a result of a powerful earthquake in Nepal killed more than 100 people. 7.9 magnitude earthquake, with an epicenter 77 kilometers from the capital Kathmandu has become the most powerful in the past 80 years.
In the neighboring countries of Nepal tremors from the earthquake caused the deaths of 30 people, 20 of them died in India.

Dozens of people were under the rubble of a collapsed because of the earthquake ancient tower Dharahara in Kathmandu.
It is not known how many people could be inside the tower – reported dozens, since the tower was one of the main tourist attractions in Kathmandu.
The tower was built in the early 19th century and is a UNESCO World Heritage List.
The earthquake was the strongest in Nepal for 80 years. Reported considerable destruction – many of the buildings have collapsed, the country’s capital Kathmandu airport closed, disrupted transport links. The earthquake caused avalanches on Mount Everest.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center, the focus of the earthquake was located at a depth of 31 kilometers from the surface.
The earthquake was so strong that the tremors were felt in the Indian capital New Delhi and other cities bordering Nepal India. The houses were swinging chandeliers and furniture. Residents were asked to leave the house and go outside, RIA Novosti reported.
India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on his Twitter account that the government will try to help all those affected, both in India and in Nepal.
