The earthquake was so strong that the tremors were felt in the Indian capital New Delhi and other cities bordering Nepal India. The houses were swinging chandeliers and furniture. Residents were asked to leave the house and go outside, RIA Novosti reported.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on his Twitter account that the government will try to help all those affected, both in India and in Nepal.
