Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry say supported the creation of four working groups of the contact group in Ukraine.

Lavrov once again stressed the importance of dialogue between Kiev and armed supporters of the NPT and the LC.

Earlier Wednesday, Kerry reminded how important Russia’s participation in the implementation of the agreements Minsk given that in the coming months the European Union will have to decide on the extension of sanctions against Russia.

According to Kerry,” there are different opinions on how to interpret the political demands “in the context of the Minsk agreement.

On Wednesday evening, press secretary Ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma called for as soon as possible to start the work of the four sub-groups – on security, political, economic and humanitarian issues.
