The Court extended the arrest of the accused in the murder of Nemtsov Anzor Gubashevu – BFM.Ru

He will remain in custody until August 28

Moscow’s Basmanny Court today extended the deadline until August 28 arrest Anzor Gubashevu – one of the five defendants in the case of the murder of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.

As the correspondent BFM.ru, with the appropriate application to the court addressed the Investigative Committee of Russia. Insisting on keeping Gubashevu earlier remand, the investigator Aseyev, in particular, pointed out that while at liberty, the accused may escape from the investigation and trial, continue to engage in criminal activity or otherwise interfere with the investigation.

In turn, Anzor Gubasheva lawyer Arkady Ostapchuk called unsubstantiated arguments investigation and requested a motion to dismiss the TFR. Gubashev himself said that he would prefer to be under house arrest in the village of Kozin Odintsovo district near Moscow, where he was shooting before the arrest of the house.

It is expected that the court will consider a request for extension of arrest Khamzat Bakhaeva tomorrow ⎯ Zaur Dadaev and Shadid Gubashevu, and on Friday – Temirlanu Eskerhanovu.
