On April 18 Khakassia introduced state of emergency in the woods. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the region Viktor Zimin.
From the decision : «restrict entry into the forests vehicles stay in the forests of citizens, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities and their representatives who do not have permits. State forest inspectors in conjunction with the police conduct patrols. At the entrances to forests established posts ».
Violators waiting administrative fine for citizens ?? up to 5000 rubles for officials ?? up to 40 thousand for legal persons ?? up to 500 thousand rubles, the press service of the government of the republic.
Last week in Khakassia fire destroyed and damaged houses in 38 villages. 30 people were killed, more than 900 sought medical help.
