The jury in Boston issued a guilty verdict Johar Tsarnaevu in the case of a terrorist attack during the Boston Marathon April 15, 2013.
The decision of the jury announced the District Court Judge George O’Toole. In particular, Tcarnaev found guilty of the use of weapons of mass destruction against individuals, which caused death.
The victims of two explosions, which, according to investigators, staged Johar Tsarnaev and his older brother Tamerlan, were three people, 264 injured.

The defense admitted at the hearing that Johar Tcarnaev involved in the explosion but insisted that he had acted under the influence of his nutcase brother Tsarnaeva Tamerlane, who was shot by police while trying to arrest.
The jury must now choose the punishment Johar Tsarnaevu in which quality can be chosen the death penalty or life imprisonment without parole.
Sentencing begins April 13.
